Mavae was born in Canada and is now 16 and a sophomore in Elite Academy. Mavae has been the girl that everyone liked and knew. Mavae was very good in English and Science and is interested in writing. She likes writing about beautiful place, well, stories that take place in beautiful places.
Her mom raised her after her dad left. Her dad still calls her every day from an unknown number. Mavae blocks him every day. He calls from a different number. He won't let her see him, he says it's dangerous. Why? He won't tell her.
Even her mom, Macy, is keeping secrets. She won't tell her why her dad left and she always says, "Because of his problem, it was for the best." What problem? Why?
Mavae mind stumbles with questions and she just needs a break. That is why Elite Academy is perfect. While dealing with her dad, a new crush, and a secret admirer, Mavae has much more on her hands than she can hold.

Adelaide Mota was born Adelaide Marrie Mota. She is now 16 and a Sophomore at the Elite Academy. She was born in California and was raised there, too. She was raised by her dad, Murphy, and her mom, Kathlyn. She was raised into wealth and was very popular at her old school.
Adelaide has had more boyfriends than you can count and she has always been the center of attention. Adelaide was always known for being the shoulder to cry on, yet to tell you that that guy you were crushing on thought you were fat and ugly.
Adelaide wouldn't care though. She has always been skinny and had great curves. Adelaide would never know what it feels like to be the odd man out, or the fat girl, or the bullied girl. Well, when she comes to Elite Academy, she is going to have the ride of her life.
